We, this company, were established in 1994 as one of the specialized welding equipment manufacturing companies. Six classes of new development products have been manufacturing by this company for the first time in this country under the consortium of research, industry and education which is in accordance with the technology development policy project of the Government. These welding equipments have been obtained the new technology NT mark of the Ministry of commerce, industry and energy, accepted as the excellent product of the Public Procurement Service, concluded of the public procurement purchasing contract, selected for three times recently as the welding equipment of the national skill competition meeting, and obtained the NEP (New Excellent Product) certificate from the Ministry of commerce, industry and energy on 14th of September, 2006.

About the NEP (New Excellent Product): This is the new product certification mark granted by the Government to the excellent product for which the new technology developed for the first time in this country is adopted.

Support of the public institutions on the preference purchase of the certified product

3.1 Obligatory purchase of more than 20% of the certified product

- Basis: The operation procedure on the purchase promotion of the new technology certified product of the public institutions (No.2005-294 of the announcement of the Ministry of commerce, industry and energy)

3.2 The preference purchase of the Government, local government, and the public institution in accordance with the free contract

- The clause 26 of the enforcement ordinance of the law on the contract for which the State is one of the contracting parties (the cases to be performed by the free contract)

- The preference assessment during the review of the "excellent product selection" by the Public Procurement Service.

3.3 『Detailed enforcement regulation on the operation of the preference purchase system for the technology development product of the small and medium industry 』which is under enforcement on the 1st of July, 2006.

- The technology development product under the category of the preference purchase: 5 classes of the products, i.e., the performance certified product, NEP, NET, GS, and the excellent procurement product

- In case the items, which are belonged to the technology development product under the category of the preference purchase, are excellent products implemented with up-to-date new technology and have the potential to promote and expand the technology development, it is to be purchased by the free contract method.

Manufactured products

- CO2 welding machine: NEP certified product, applicable to the free contract: Welding of steel & SUS
- MIG welding machine: NEP certified product, applicable to the free contract: Welding of AL & nonferrous metal
- AC/DC TIG welding machine: Possible to perform welding of iron, stainless steel, aluminum, and nonferrous metal
- PLASMA welding machine: High energy heat source generation device to be able to perform the high density precision welding

** For the companies which have the capability of repair and low maintenance cost in terms of using part for the purpose of preventive maintenance, rapid A/S response, compatibility with other equipments, and availability of parts procurement, are advised to have TIG or PLASMA welding machine for which the difference of the weldability is eliminated, which is unlike to CO2 & MIG welding machine.
